What I do — and don’t do
I do: verify identity, review the document and circumstances for notarial requirements, and perform the authorized notarial act under California law.
I don’t: draft legal documents, select legal forms, determine which certificate a document needs, or provide legal advice. Those questions belong with the document’s receiving agency or an attorney — and that protects the validity of your notarization.
Straightforward pricing
California caps notarial-act fees at $15 per signature for acknowledgments and $15 per jurat. Mobile travel is a separate, distance-based fee confirmed before the appointment.
