Travel deposit. A $50 travel deposit holds your appointment. It’s applied to your appointment total. If we have to cancel, it’s refunded in full. Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment time and it’s refunded or moved to your new time; later than that, or if the appointment can’t be completed after we arrive, it covers the $50 trip fee. It’s a travel deposit, not a notarial-act fee.

Signing assignment fees

Professional signing-service fees for real estate assignments — quoted per assignment and agreed before the appointment. Typical asking fees:

A signing-service fee covers appointment handling, printing, travel and coordination — it is not a notarial-act fee. Fees are flexible and quoted per assignment — tell me the package (seller, full loan docs, travel distance) and I’ll confirm a number that works. Reverse mortgage assignments are not currently accepted.

Apostille, jail & estate packages

Flat, all-in package pricing for specialty appointments — coordination, travel, and handling included; statutory notarial-act fees itemized within California limits.

Client sign-up visits

For law firms whose clients can’t come to the office. Your office books the visit; I meet your clients where they are, check government photo ID, witness every signature on your package, and send same-day scans back to you. A flat fee per visit, owed whether or not a client signs.

Visits are for people who have already contacted your firm; I don’t solicit or refer clients. Rush, weekend, after-hours and parking charges below apply.
