No notarization fee is charged for vote-by-mail materials or U.S. military veterans’ benefit applications, as required by law.

A signing-service fee covers appointment handling, printing, travel and coordination — it is not a notarial-act fee. Fees are flexible and quoted per assignment — tell me the package (seller, full loan docs, travel distance) and I’ll confirm a number that works. Reverse mortgage assignments are not currently accepted.
