What you get

  • Documents printed in advance — dual-tray, letter and legal
  • Signing instructions followed page by page
  • Professional communication with your escrow or lender team
  • Scanbacks returned when required, documents prepared for the next delivery step
Boundaries that protect you

What a signing agent doesn’t do

Carlos can identify documents and point a signer to where information appears in the package, as appropriate to the signing-agent role. Questions that require interpretation — rates, terms, changes — go to the right professional on your transaction: lender, title, escrow, or attorney. That separation keeps your closing clean.

Questions

Signing FAQ

Can you explain my interest rate or loan terms?

I can show you where the rate and terms appear in your documents, but interpreting or changing them is your lender’s or escrow officer’s role. I’ll help you get the right person on the phone during the signing if needed.

Where do signings happen?

Homes, offices, escrow offices, or another agreed location across Greater Los Angeles — evenings and weekends by schedule.

What does a signing cost?

Signing-service fees start at $90 depending on package type, printing, and travel — see pricing. For escrow-paid assignments, fees are agreed with your company before the appointment.
