Document categories I support
Notarization support for existing documents when the requested notarial act can be performed under California law. A notary cannot draft documents, select forms, or provide legal advice.
- Acknowledgments and jurats
- Powers of attorney (existing documents)
- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Estate-planning documents requiring notarization
- DMV-related and business documents
- Real estate and loan documents — loan signing details
Two clear parts
1 · Notarial act fee. California caps this at $15 per signature for acknowledgments and $15 per jurat (Gov. Code §8211).
2 · Mobile travel fee. Based on distance: included within 10 miles, +$25 for 11–20 miles, +$50 for 21–35 miles, custom quote beyond. Optional services (printing, rush, weekend, after-hours) are separate and always confirmed before the appointment.

What should I have ready?
The complete document, current acceptable identification, and all required signers present. Don’t assume you should sign in advance — some acts require signing in the notary’s presence.
How fast can you get here?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule and your location. Calling 310-773-1911 is the fastest way to confirm today’s availability.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
Primary areas are Culver City, Beverly Hills, Century City, and Santa Monica, with mobile travel across Greater Los Angeles and extended Southern California by quote. See service areas.
What if a signer can’t be present?
California notarization requires the signer to personally appear before the notary. If someone can’t attend, their notarization happens at a separate appointment.
